Our living collection of recovery experiences.

Naming what we feel but struggle to put into words.

These brief inner moments, recognitions, and states are deeply felt but difficult to express because they are unnamed. Without language, they stay private and easily distorted, carried in isolation and often misunderstood even by ourselves. A word does not explain an experience or resolve it, but it can make it visible – something that can be seen, shared, and no longer borne alone.

Our lexicon is organized into chapters, though it can be read in any order. Each term stands on its own. Taken together, they trace a pattern of lived experience in recovery. A movement we recognize over time, where addiction no longer dominates the story and space gradually opens for healing, growth, and transformation.
