Meaning
Reclaimara is the first time we return to an old activity and it belongs to us again.
It used to be fused to using, the soundtrack, the ritual, the automatic pairing, and we assumed the activity could not survive without it. Then we try it clean, awkward at first, and discover the enjoyment was never owned by the addiction.
The pleasure comes back quieter, steadier, and more honest. We feel like we got a piece of life returned.
