Meaning
We cannot rest inside a good stretch of early recovery because we are certain it will be taken back. The lightness is real. The energy and relief are real.
And underneath them runs a steady expectation that this is borrowed, that something this good has an appointed end. Bellhour is enjoying a stretch of grace while waiting for it to be called back.
We are not ungrateful. We simply cannot stop hearing the clock under the music.
