Meaning
At some point, we return to places that once felt impossible without substances and notice we no longer feel exposed there. The music plays, the laughter rises, the night unfolds, and we are simply part of it—no vigilance, no internal bargaining, no quiet countdown to leaving. Amalfière names the moment when what once required courage now feels natural, and the world we feared re-entering receives us as we are, without effort or disguise.
